Baz\u0131 i\u015fletmeler stajer almak zorunda oldu\u011fu halde \u00f6\u011frencileri almamakta, baz\u0131 i\u015fletmeler ise az para ile&nbsp; \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencileri tercih ederek, fazla say\u0131da stajer \u00f6\u011frenci almaktad\u0131rlar. Staj g\u00f6ren \u00f6\u011frencilerin baz\u0131lar\u0131 da haklar\u0131n\u0131 tam olarak bilmemekte, almas\u0131 gerekenden daha az \u00fccret almakta veya sigortalar\u0131 &nbsp;yap\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Bilinmesi gerekenleri Mesleki E\u011fitim Kanunu &nbsp;ve Mesleki ve Teknik E\u011fitim Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine g\u00f6re \u00f6zetleyelim;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Staj,<\/strong>&nbsp;teorik ve uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitimlerinin tamam\u0131n\u0131 kurumda yapan \u00f6\u011frenciler, meslek\u00ee bilgi, beceri, tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmelerini, i\u015f hayat\u0131na uyumlar\u0131n\u0131, ger\u00e7ek \u00fcretim ve hizmet ortam\u0131nda yeti\u015fmelerini ve kurumda olmayan tesis, ara\u00e7-gereci tan\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla staj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yapmak zorundad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Staj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131,<\/strong>&nbsp;i\u015fletmelerde yapt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Ancak ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kurumda staj yapmas\u0131 gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fclenler ile yeterli \u00f6zellik ve say\u0131da i\u015fletmenin bulunmamas\u0131 durumunda staj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, bir programa g\u00f6re ilgili alan \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinin g\u00f6zetim ve denetiminde kurumda da yapt\u0131r\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Staj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131,<\/strong>&nbsp;Meslek\u00ee ve Teknik \u00d6\u011fretim Okul ve Kurumlar\u0131nda Tam G\u00fcn Tam Y\u0131l E\u011fitim Uygulamas\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Y\u00f6nerge do\u011frultusunda hafta sonu, yar\u0131y\u0131l ve yaz tatilleri s\u00fcresince yap\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Staj s\u00fcresi,<\/strong>&nbsp;Mesleki ve teknik orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerinin staj s\u00fcresi ise&nbsp;<strong>300 saattir<\/strong>. Staj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n 1\/3&#8217;\u00fc 10. s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n bitiminde, geri kalan k\u0131sm\u0131 ise 11. s\u0131n\u0131ftan itibaren yap\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Say\u0131,<\/strong>&nbsp;Mesleki E\u011fitim Kanunu&#8217;nun 18. maddesine g\u00f6re, yirmi ve daha fazla personel \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran i\u015fletmeler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 personel say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n&nbsp;<strong>y\u00fczde be\u015finden az<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>y\u00fczde onundan fazla<\/strong>&nbsp;olmamak \u00fczere, mesleki ve teknik e\u011fitim okul ve kurumu \u00f6\u011frencilerine beceri e\u011fitim yapt\u0131r\u0131r. \u0130\u015fletmelerdeki personel say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n tespitinde her y\u0131l\u0131n ocak ay\u0131, yaz mevsiminde faaliyet g\u00f6steren i\u015fletmelerde temmuz ay\u0131 esas al\u0131n\u0131r. Beceri e\u011fitimi uygulamas\u0131na da \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>\u00dccret,<\/strong>&nbsp;\u0130\u015fletmelerde meslek e\u011fitimi g\u00f6ren \u00f6\u011frenci, aday \u00e7\u0131rak ve \u00e7\u0131ra\u011fa ya\u015f\u0131na uygun&nbsp;<strong>asgari \u00fccretin % 30&#8217;undan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fccret \u00f6denemez ve aday \u00e7\u0131rak, \u00e7\u0131rak ve \u00f6\u011frencilere \u00f6denecek \u00fccretler her t\u00fcrl\u00fc vergiden m\u00fcstesnad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Sigorta primleri,<\/strong>&nbsp;sigortal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan stajyer \u00f6\u011frencilere ait k\u0131sa ve uzun vadeli sigorta kollar\u0131 ile genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 primlerini 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun 87. maddesinin (e) bendine g\u00f6re aday \u00e7\u0131rak, \u00e7\u0131rak ve i\u015fletmelerde meslek\u00ee e\u011fitim g\u00f6renler ile meslek liselerinde zorunlu staja t\u00e2bi tutulan \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya bu \u00f6\u011frencilerin e\u011fitim g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri okullar, y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenim s\u0131ras\u0131nda zorunlu staja t\u00e2bi tutulan \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim kurumu&nbsp;<strong>\u00f6demekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Bu \u00f6nemli konular\u0131n nas\u0131l uygulanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini kanun ve y\u00f6netmeliklere dayanarak k\u0131saca a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131ktan sonra herkesin bunun \u00fczerinde hassasiyetle &nbsp;duraca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kanun ve y\u00f6netmeliklerde a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmesine  ra\u011fmen \u00e7o\u011fu i\u015fletmeler staj ve beceri e\u011fitimi uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 gere\u011fi gibi yerine getirmemektedirler.
