Projenin ba\u015fl\u0131ca amac\u0131, i\u015fsizlere meslek edindirmek suretiyle istihdam\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve i\u015fverenlere nitelikli eleman kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stihdam sorunun alt\u0131nda yatan en \u00f6nemli nedenlerden biri de &#8221;mesleksizlik&#8221;dir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de vas\u0131fs\u0131z i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte di\u011fer yandan firmalar da kaliteli eleman bulma s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131nda arz talep uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan i\u015fsizli\u011fe \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirmek amac\u0131yla \u201cUzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f Meslek Edindirme Merkezleri (UMEM) Beceri\u201910\u00a0\u00a0Projesi\u201d ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f Meslek Edindirme Merkezleri (UMEM)\u00a0Beceri\u201910 Projesi; T\u00fcrkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birli\u011fi, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji \u00dcniversitesi (TOBB-ET\u00dc) aras\u0131nda imzalanan protokol kapsam\u0131nda ilk etapta\u00a019 ilde ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup, gelinen noktada 81 ilde uygulanmaya devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UMEM Beceri&#8217;10 Projesinin Ama\u00e7lar\u0131:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div>\u0130\u015eKUR taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmekte olan meslek edindirme faaliyetlerinin ve \u00f6zellikle de teknik alanlardaki mesleki e\u011fitimin etkinlik ve verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131n\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ile uyumlu hale getirilmesine y\u00f6nelik bir sistemin ortaya konulmas\u0131,<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\u0130\u015fsizlere y\u00f6nelik temel mesleki e\u011fitim, mesleki geli\u015fim ve meslekte yenileme e\u011fitimlerinin verilmesi, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 kursiyerlerin staja yerle\u015ftirilmesi ve son a\u015fama olarak da ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 stajyerlerin istihdam\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131,<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\u0130\u015eKUR taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen mesleki e\u011fitim hizmetlerine olan fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Meslek liselerinin teknik altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yenilenmesi, proje kapsam\u0131ndaki okullar\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcn gerektirdi\u011fi teknolojik geli\u015fmelere g\u00f6re donat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bu okullardaki e\u011fiticilerin geli\u015fen teknolojiye uyumunun art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Sekt\u00f6rel ve b\u00f6lgesel i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131 ihtiya\u00e7 analizlerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi,<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\u0130\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131 analizine ili\u015fkin kurumsal kapasitenin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, bu ama\u00e7la \u0130l \u0130stihdam ve Mesleki E\u011fitim Kurullar\u0131na i\u015flevsellik kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Proje kapsam\u0131ndaki okullarda uygulanacak mesleki e\u011fitim programlar\u0131n\u0131n etkinli\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ilgili taraflar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6ren \u201cKurs Y\u00f6netimi\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yeni y\u00f6neti\u015fim modelinin geli\u015ftirilmesi<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ba\u015fvuru ko\u015fullar\u0131 nelerdir:<\/strong><br \/>\nProje kapsam\u0131nda e\u011fitim alacak kursiyerler,<br \/>\n1- Kuruma kay\u0131tl\u0131 i\u015fsiz olmak,<br \/>\n2- 15 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 tamamlam\u0131\u015f olmak,<br \/>\n3- Mesle\u011fin gereklerine uygun olarak y\u00fcklenici taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen ve \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019ca \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0onaylanan \u00f6zel \u015fartlara sahip olmak,<br \/>\n4- \u0130\u015eKUR taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen kurslara ayn\u0131 meslekte daha \u00f6nce veya farkl\u0131 meslekte ise son yirmi d\u00f6rt ay i\u00e7inde kat\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olmak, (\u0130stihdam garantili, al\u0131nan mesleki e\u011fitimin devam\u0131 veya tamamlay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 niteli\u011finde ya da ayn\u0131 mesle\u011fi geli\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde bir kurs program\u0131 olmas\u0131 ko\u015fuluyla, i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc yeti\u015ftirme kurslar\u0131ndan \u00fc\u00e7 defa yararlan\u0131labilir. Bu durumda ikinci kat\u0131l\u0131mda kursiyerin zorunlu giderlerinin yar\u0131s\u0131 \u00f6denir. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc kat\u0131l\u0131mda ise \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmaz ve iki kurs aras\u0131nda en az \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre bulunur)<br \/>\n5-\u00a0\u0130\u015eKUR\u2019a kay\u0131t yapt\u0131rmak zorunludur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurs S\u00fcreleri:<\/strong><br \/>\nTeorik e\u011fitim en fazla 3 ay, i\u015fba\u015f\u0131(staj) e\u011fitimi de en fazla 3 ay olmak \u00fczere toplam e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi\u00a0en fazla 6 ayd\u0131r.\u00a0Ancak i\u015fverenler taraf\u0131ndan daha k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli kurs talep edildi\u011fi taktirde, kurs s\u00fcreleri k\u0131salt\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurslara nas\u0131l ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131l\u0131r:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130\u015eKUR\u2019a ba\u015far\u0131yla kay\u0131t olduktan sonra,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/bbs.beceri.org.tr\/BBS\/kurs.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">www.beceri10.org.tr<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>web sitesinden\u00a0<strong>\u201cMeslek E\u011fitimi Almak \u0130stiyorum\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0se\u00e7ene\u011finden\u00a0<strong>\u201cil\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0se\u00e7ilerek a\u00e7\u0131k olan kurslara ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proje kapsam\u0131nda hangi alanda kurslar verilmektedir<\/strong>:<br \/>\nKurslar\u0131n alanlar\u0131, firmalardan al\u0131nan i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc-stajyer talepleri do\u011frultusunda belirlenmektedir.
