Her iki durumda da yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lan alaca\u011fa katsay\u0131 uygulanmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bu kapsamda, Kuruma olan bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 7440 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanuna g\u00f6re pe\u015fin ve taksitli \u00f6deme se\u00e7ene\u011fi se\u00e7erek yap\u0131land\u0131ranlardan, 03.08.2023 tarihine kadar \u00f6demesi gereken tutarlar\u0131 s\u00fcresinde \u00f6demeyen veya eksik \u00f6deyenlerin bu tutarlar\u0131 31.08.2023 tarihine kadar hesaplanan Y\u0130-\u00dcFE tutar\u0131n\u0131n indirimsiz hali ve toplam tutara uygulanacak ge\u00e7 \u00f6deme zamm\u0131 ile birlikte \u00f6demeleri durumunda katsay\u0131 uygulanmaks\u0131z\u0131n 7440 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinden yararlanmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taksitle \u00f6deme se\u00e7ene\u011fini tercih eden ancak birinci ve ikinci taksit \u00f6deme y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini yerine getiremeyen i\u015fverenlerimizin\/sigortal\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu kapsamda \u00f6deme yapabilmeleri i\u00e7in i\u015fyerlerinin\/sigortal\u0131lar y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de dosyalar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fu sosyal g\u00fcvenlik il m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine\/sosyal g\u00fcvenlik merkezlerine m\u00fcracaat ederek \u00f6deme planlar\u0131n\u0131 pe\u015fine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeleri gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamuoyuna sayg\u0131yla duyurulur.
