\u201ce) Yabanc\u0131 uyruklu ki\u015filerin; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izin belgesindeki izin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihinden itibaren 45 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde ya da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izin belgesinin i\u015fverene tebli\u011f tarihi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izin tarihinin farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131 halinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izin belgesinin i\u015fverene tebli\u011f tarihinden itibaren 45 g\u00fcn, 11\/4\/2014 tarihinden itibaren 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013 Ayn\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 39 uncu maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015f, sekizinci f\u0131kras\u0131nda \u201cKurumla s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli\u201d ibaresinden sonra gelmek \u00fczere \u201cya da s\u00f6zle\u015fmesiz\u201d ibaresi eklenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u201c(1) \u0130stirahat raporlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli ya da s\u00f6zle\u015fmesiz sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmet sunucular\u0131nda Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca yetkilendirilen hekimlerce d\u00fczenlenmesi \u015fartt\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n
